When and where is the conference?
March 20–22, 2026 — Jekyll Island, Georgia.
Who can attend?
Members of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Amicae, Zeta Male Network, Member at Large, and Guest(s) of the State Director.
How do I register and what are the fees?
Register via the official Eventbrite links in the guide. Fees:
  • Graduate / Amicae / ZMN / Life Members: $250
  • Undergraduate (Early Bird): $41.20
  • Undergraduate (New Graduates): $$41.20
What are the registration deadlines and refund policy?
All registration fees due by Sunday, February 22, 2026. No refunds after Tuesday, February 27, 2026.
What is the host hotel and rate?
Courtyard & Residence Inn Jekyll Island Resort (178 S. Beachview Dr, Jekyll Island, GA 31527). Group rate: $189/night. Book by Friday, February 20, 2026. You must be registered to use the room block.
What is the attire for each day?
  • Friday: All White “Island Evening” Attire
  • Saturday: Business Attire (sessions); Blue & White Island Party Attire (evening)
  • Sunday: Ceremonial White (No pants)
What are the key events on the schedule?
Opening Session & Joint Reception (Fri); Business Sessions, Workshops, and Joint Awards Luncheon (Sat); Joint Prayer Breakfast and Closing Ceremonies (Sun). Vendors open daily.
How many voting delegates does my chapter receive?
Based on chapter size as of Dec 31, 2025 (ZMS):
  • 1–4 members → 1 delegate
  • 5–25 → 2 delegates
  • 26–50 → 4 delegates
  • 51+ → 6 delegates
Basileus submits the delegate form by January 25, 2026.
What recognitions and submissions are available?
Crystal Doves, Zeta Legacy Ceremony (fee $50), Chapter/Auxiliary of the Year, Hall of Fame, Power of S.H.E., Evelyn Brown Award, Dr. Eunice S. S. Thomas Award. Most items due by January 25, 2026; Souvenir Journal ads due by January 31, 2026 (Full $125 / Half $70).
What is the 2026 Z-HOPE™ initiative?
Support Safe Harbor Center (The Village for Women & Babies). Donate $50+ between Jan 1–Mar 29, 2026. Earn 50 points per $50. Log in ZSMS by April 7, 2026.
How do I volunteer or join the Blue & White Choir?
